Question:
What does that mean? Does a 4inch drop raise the trailer frame up 4s so that you have more clearance between the ground and the frame or does it lower the trailer so that the frame is closer to the ground? Does a 4inch drop mean that the spindle on each side is 4s lower from the trailer frame and thus by raising the trailer up 4s higher, or is the reverse true making the spindle higher and the trailer lower to the ground?

Expert Reply:
The Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System # ASR3500S04 has a 4 inch drop built into it so that it would sit 4 inches lower than a straight spindle setup like the part # TASR7KS01 that you referenced.
The trailer will end up sitting 4 inches closer to the ground.
