Question:

Can you please put the list together to make a timbren #3500 setup with electric brakes? Not sure if you suggest the HD or standard, long spindle or standard? Id like to use the nev-r-adjust brakes. Please quote a complete package from the lug nuts to the wiring plug

For a Timbren Axle Less kit with a 3,500 lb capacity we have the part # A35RS545E which would work well. This comes with hub/drums, self adjusting brake assemblies and everything needed to install them.

For a 7-way the part # H20046 would work well. You would use a junction box like part # 38656, and some 10 gauge wire like part # 10-1-1 to run the brake output circuit from the junction box to the brake assemblies. Each brake magnet will have two wires exiting it. One wire will ground to the trailer frame, the other will attach to the brake output circuit. The junction box provides a neat and weather-protected way of joining the trailer connector to the trailer wiring.

The rest of the wiring would need to get ran to the trailer taillights.
