Expert Reply:
If you want the light to plug into a 4-Way flat connector on your 2016 Ford F-250 then I do not recommend # STL211RB because it has a reverse light function and the reverse light circuit is not carried in the 4-Way.
I recommend flange mount light # STL78RB which does have stop, tail, and turn signal functions. Keep in mind that trailer lights only have 1 input for turn signals so if you were to wire in that corresponding wire to the green and yellow wires on a trailer side 4-Way then the light would blink with either turn signal.
For a short 4-Way that will plug into your truck you can use # W787264. The white wire on it is the ground, brown is running lights and will go to the black wire on the light, green is right turn/brake lights and yellow is left turn/brake lights both of which you will attach to the light's red wire. Ground the light and 4-Way and you will be good to go.
