Trailer makers rarely maintain detailed records for small items like bearings used in their trailers. I checked the Yacht Club website for bearing information for their PWC trailers but none is provided so your best bet is simply to pull one of the wheels/hubs and remove the bearings. You will find the bearing part numbers on the bearings themselves, as shown in the linked image.
You can check for your bearing numbers on the linked page that displays all of our bearing kits, individual bearing parts as well as grease seals.
I also linked our page for trailer fenders like # F008584-2 which resemble the black plastic ones supplied on the Yacht Club PWC trailers.
