I might have a solution for you, but if you do not have a 7-way trailer connector already installed on the rear of your 2004 Dodge Sprinter, then there is no plug and play wiring harness available.
Your best option will be to use the 4 Pole Harness, # C59496. This wiring harness with converter will allow your Sprinter to fully turn on to give your trailer lights full brightness when they are activated. The converter has a power wire coming of the positive battery to help power the trailer lights. This will in turn lessen the electrical draw and strain on the Dodge Sprinter's wiring circuitry.
Tekonsha has the ZCI Circuit Protected Vehicle Wiring Harness, #119250KIT, that will allow you tom install a 4-way flat trailer connector that you do not have to cut or splice into the Sprinter's wiring. The harness uses special sensors that pick up the electrical signal going through the vehicle's lighting wiring.
