Question:

present have 2 1/2inch L X 1 1/8W lights .looking to install bigger LED light. 4Lx 1w I am interested in the MCL65AB. the thing is that I have is an Alum trailer so i need both white and black wires. with this light I will need bracket and wire plug. will this work for me or can to direct me to a better light,bracket, wire plug.

If you are looking for an amber clearance light, then I recommend going with the Peterson Piranha Trailer Clearance Light, part # 169A. This light measures 4-1/16 inches L x 1-1/16 inches W and comes with the black and white wiring that you are looking for. It is very similar to the Optronics # MCL65AB that you referenced in your question.

You can cut off the ring terminal end of the white wire and use some Butt Connectors, like part # 05731-5, to attach your power and ground wires to the power and ground wiring on your aluminum trailer.
