You have many options for a 4 inch lift on your 2001 Ford F-250 4x4 regarding suspension enhancement to reduce sag.
For an air spring option, I recommend the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs - Rear Axle # AL57390 along with the Air Lift Lock-N-Lift Spacers for Lifted Vehicles - 4" Lift # AL52440. Another great option is the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs - Double Convoluted - Rear Axle # F2550 along with the Lift Spacers for Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs - Vehicles w/ 4" Lift # F2370. Both of these air spring systems come with manual inflation valves.
If you want to add a compressor to either system, I recommend the Firestone Air Command I - Analog Gauge w/ Standard-Duty Compressor - Single Function - 130 psi # F2158 which will give you a gauge and switch in your cab to raise or lower air pressure in your springs.
For a Jounce Spring option, I recommend the Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System # TFR250SDE along with the Timbren 1" Spacers For Raised Frame Vehicles # A25723-90AH00. These spacers will require you to obtain longer bolts locally.
One final really nice option is the RoadActive Suspension Kit # RAS3611. This system will require no spacers but mounts to your factory springs insead of the frame. This system will only engage when needed for that additional support to keep your vehicle more level when under load.
