Since the turn signals and brake lights are working fine on your trailer, you should just need the one of the blue relays from the Curt Relay Kit # C57000 to activate the running lights. On your 2015 Nissan Titan, the harness under the dash where you will add the relay should be located near the emergency brake pedal.

2015 titan tow connection doesn't work. No lights, turn signals, nothing... checked 2 fuses and both were good. Any ideas?
