Question:

Since flat towing is almost no tongue weight on the hitch, can I carry a 200 lb motorcycle on the, Roadmaster Dual Hitch Receiver Adapter, 4inch Drop/Rise and flat tow a 2017 Jeep Wrangler behind a motor home?

Yes, you could use the dual receiver # RM-077-4 to flat tow your 2017 Jeep Wrangler and carry a small motorcycle at the same time provided that the combined tongue weight of everything in the adapter does not exceed its 400 pound tongue weight capacity.

Like you said the Jeep will produce almost no tongue weight because it is basically supporting itself. There is only one motorcycle carrier that can be used at the back of an RV and it is Ultra-Fab carrier # UF48-979033. The carrier weighs about 50 pounds so with the bike that would be a total of 250 pounds. The Jeep isn't going to produce more than 150 pounds of tongue weight by itself so you will be within the capacity of the dual receiver.

Keep in mind that having the motorcycle between the Jeep and the RV is going to reduce the turning radius so I recommend doing some test runs in an empty parking lot (with just the carrier installed and not loaded with the bike) complete with the Jeep attached and everything. Have a spotter watch closely and be sure to drive slow! Then you can determine how much you can turn. Also, be sure to install the carrier after arriving at the empty parking lot!
