If the rear of your 2015 Ford F-150 is still sagging even with weight distribution being used then it could be that either the system is not rated high enough for the tongue weight of the trailer or the system is not set up properly.

Adding air bags can prevent sag but won't fix the issue if the weight distribution system is rated too low or not set up properly. Towing the trailer level is also important. If you need a shank with more drop you can use one, such as # C17125, as long as the weight distribution head attaches to a shank using 3/4 inch diameter bolts with adjustment holes spaced 1-1/4 inches apart on center.

For air bags you can use Firestone Ride-Rite springs # F2582. I have included a link to a video showing an example installation for you. If you wanted to add a compressor kit to add or remove air from the bags from the comfort of the truck cab you can use Air Command kit # F2158.
