need color code to install switch to motor switch came with no connector on end so diagram is no good to me can you help

I attached a diagram that shows where each of the wire colors of the # LC387874 go.

Red goes to positive battery post.
Black goes to ground.
Blue goes to positive when extending.
Yellow goes to positive when retracting.
