Question:
I have 2 doors on our travel trailer and I have 1 folding grab handle on the front door. I was thinking of mounting a folding grab handle at the rear door but there is an awning arm that would be in the way of folding it to the rear for travel. I was wondering if I can safely for travel fold it over the door. Thanks in advance for your answer, .

I spoke with my contact at Stromberg Carlson and she confirmed that the Lend-a-Hand Folding Grab Handle for RVs # AM-300 referenced in your question will work just fine for this application. It is perfectly safe to fold over the rear door of your trailer during travel to avoid contact with the awning arm.
The four 2 inch screws needed for installation are included.
