Looking for replacement wheel tire combo and I like these black ones. Will this fit a Harbor Freight Folding Trailer 5-bolt? Thanks for your time!

The most common 5-bolt trailer wheel lug pattern is 5-on-4-1/2, but since there are actually four different 5-lug patterns in use you will want to refer to the linked article for help determining which you have. You will also want to verify the size and load range rating of the tires you have installed on the trailer to ensure you select a match. Tire size and load rating will be indicated on the tire sidewall.

I checked specs for several of these trailers and found most use the 4.80-12 tire size. The wheel/tire items we offer in this tire size use the 5-on-4-1/2 bolt pattern. The item you referenced, part # AM35354, is a ST145/R12 tire on a 12 x 4-inch wheel but this tire's overall diameter is 21.3-inches while the 4.80-12 size is smaller at 20.5-inches. You cannot mix tire sizes or load ranges.
