Question:
I need a bike rack that will hold 3 bikes and can be installed on the square bumper of a RV. I also have a storage box mounted to the bumper. The clearance I need is 15 inches. Thanks.

We have 2- and 4-bike RV-approved bumper-mount bike carriers that you can see on the linked page. These include platform style racks such as the 4-bike Swagman # S80600. Your bumper must be continuously welded (not just spot welded) in order to use any of these racks.
The Swagman S80500 rack provides 12-inches of clearance for a rear-mounted spare tire so it may not work with your bumper-mounted storage box. All RV-rated bike racks are shown on the linked page.
We also have an option for front-mounting on an a-frame trailer, the Bike Bunk # CC-275, which bolts on to your trailer frame. This item can then have a hitch-type RV-approved 3-bike rack like # S64152-2 mounted in its receiver.
Please refer to the linked article for help on rack selection.
