Question:

Does this bag have internal jounce bumpers? What is the diameter of the bag? Please supply same info for other bags that fit my application. Thanks

Firestone air bags # F2701 for your 2008 Dodge Ram 2500 4x4 do not have an internal jounce bumper. The air bags included with this kit have a compressed height of 3 inches, extended height of 8.91 inches, and a max diameter of 7.52 inches.

Another kit that fits, # F2299, has springs that have the same dimensions as those listed above. Since air springs for the truck all install in basically the same place they will all be approximately the same dimensions.
