How Easily Does Lend-a-Hand Folding Handle Fold

Question:
how does the handle fold up? do you need any tools or to unscrew bolts? or is it just a spring mechanism? we plan to use this on a shower and will need to flip it every other day.

The Lend-a-Hand # AM-300 folds by simply pulling up on the handle and folding it to one side or the other. There are no tools or bolts necessary.
