Can you tell me what part number I need for a 2inch diameter ball that has the right shank diameter and length for an Equalizer WD hitch 90000400? Thank you!

For a 2 inch hitch ball that fits the Equalizer Weight Distribution systems we have the part # EQ91-00-6080. You should note that this has an 8,000 lb trailer weight capacity though.
