Does Trailer Hitch for 2010 Lexus RX 350 Allow Tow Hooks to Reinstall

Question:
I am considering the curt hitch c13143 but I noticed on the installation video that the tow hooks were not reinstalled but in the instructions that are provided on etrailer by curt that the tow hooks can be reinstalled. Is it ok to reinstall the tow hooks?

As long as your 2010 Lexus RX 350 isn't an F Sport model the tow hooks of your Curt Hitch part # C13143 can be reinstalled afterwards.
