The B&W Semi-Custom 5th Wheel Installation Kit # BWRVR3202-00 fits only 2500 and 3500-series Ram pickups. For your 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4 short bed pickup the B&W installation kit you can use is part # BWGNRK1316-5W (which doubles as a gooseneck hitch) along with 20K hitch # BWRVK3400-5W.
If you want a custom-fit above-bed base rail kit you can use Reese # RP50040-58, Husky # HT31413-686 or Curt # C16419-204. All are custom kits that reduce drilling and overall installation time. For a wiring harness you can use # HM42137 from Hopkins.
