The dropped axle option is the single most popular option for tiny house trailers made by tinyhouse basics, according to their website. This feature allows a 4-inch lower deck height for more interior headroom and easier entry.
We do offer the axle-less Timbren trailer suspension kits that offer drop. Examples include the 3500-lb-rated Timbren kit # A35RD545E which features electric brakes with 5-on-4-1/2 hub/drums and the idler hub kit # A35RD545. These suspension kits bolt (or weld) on to the trailer frame. With no axle or leaf springs under the trailer you get better ground clearance.
All beam axles and axle-less kits are shown on the linked page. Due to shipping size/weight restrictions our highest-weight-capacity kits are limited to the Timbren axle-less kits.
