Question:
I have a 1994 Jayco tent trailer model 1206 and I have lost the dust caps so I can not measure them. I was wondering if you could point me in the right direction and help me find the model of bearing buddy I need. Or even just replacement dust caps would be helpful. Cheers.

Thank you for the information on your tent trailer.
Most trailer makers do not maintain detailed specs on parts like the hubs used in production of their trailers, so you'll need to take a measurement of the hub bore into which the dust/grease cap or bearing protector will be installed. This needs to be a precise measurement (ideally taken to the nearest thousandth of an inch, such as 1.234-inches) and will require a caliper like # PTW80157.
In addition to the hub bore measurement you will want to note whether or not that inner bore is threaded. Bearing Buddy protectors are available for threaded and non-threaded hubs.
I linked for you our pages for both standard grease caps and for Bearing Buddy kits. Simply click on the dimension you require. For the Bearing Buddy option select either threaded or non-threaded type, stainless steel or chromed finish, and of course your hub bore dimension.
For example, for a non-threaded stainless steel kit for a fairly common 1.980-inch hub bore use part # BB1980A-SS.
