Does the trailer Valet bracket come with a stow pin?

The bracket part # TV-0002 that you referenced does not come with the pin. The stow pin for the Trailer Valet # STC-V211 that you referenced is basically just a Class III hitch pin and clip like the part # PC3. The # PC3 or a similar pin and clip would work well.
