Question:

Fey/westin 21000 rear bumper. I just watched the install video for this bumper, are there only two brackets holding this bumper on? my truck has four brackets

The Westin Fey Diamondstep Rear Bumper with Custom Installation Kit # 21000-92230 fits your 1983 C/K Series pickup so long as it is not a flareside/stepside bed. We do not have an installation video for this particular item but I reviewed the written instructions, which are linked for you, and they do indeed note only two brackets are required/included. The instructions for your truck appear on the top of page 4.

My contact at Westin confirmed this bumper mounts using only the two supplied brackets. Since this is a multi-fit item that works on many makes and models of truck the included pair of brackets are made to be strong enough to allow the bumper to meets its rating.
