Recommended High-Capacity Electric 5th Wheel Landing Gear for Fastest Operation
Published 01/11/2017 >
Question:
I have a 2015 Eclipse Attitude 34CRSG and the front landing gear is terrible on it. Very slow and already worn out. This trailer has a GVWR of 17,000. I am looking for a heavy duty but fast landing gear for the front. Will this UF17-943010 work best, it does not show a proper speed as far as inches of travel per minute like the Bulldog BD500161 does.. I am interested in both products and which one will be the best solution for my trailer.. Thank You!

Between the 12K-rated Ultra-Fab Deluxe Electric Landing Gear # UF17-943010 and the 8K rated Reese Electric 5th Wheel Landing Gear # RP500708 the Reese system offers the faster leg travel, 9-inches per minute. The Ultra-Fab operates at less than half that speed, 4-inches per minute.
Both of these jack kits include wiring and switches.
