Question:

Nissan Now has the fifth Wheel Adapter for the new Titan XD can you tell me if the B+W 3200 hitch will work with the Nissan XD Adapter? Thanks,

I did some research on the fifth wheel adapter from Nissan for your 2016 Titan XD.

I found out that when the adapter is inserted in the puck system in the bed of the Titan, it will give you base rails that can work with any industry standard fifth wheel hitch. The B&W Patriot 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch, part # BWRVK3200 will work with these rails, but I recommend using a slider fifth wheel hitch.

I recommend the B&W Patriot 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Slider, part # BWRVK3270. This will work with the industry standard rails in the truck bed but this hitch gives you an additional 12-inches of travel front to back so you can execute turns more easily.
