Specific drilling locations for the bulb and socket kits like the part # RM-155 aren't available since they are universal fit kits but Roadmaster does have some tips that will help you find where to drill.
RoadMaster states to look for a location to mount the bulb sockets inside the taillight housings. The mounting point should be as flat as possible, and must meet the following conditions: 1 - the bulb sockets must be installed underneath red lenses: and 2 - there must be at least 1/4 inches clearance between the bulbs and the lenses. The bulbs must be installed underneath red lenses. If the sockets are installed under amber or clear lenses, driver behind the towed vehicle will not be alerted when the motorhome stops.
I attached an install video for this kit on a similar Ram as yours for you to use as a guide too.
