Question:

I have a 2006 Nissan Pathfinder with a towing package and a 4 pin. I need to convert to a 7-pin. What products do I need? I already have the brake controller. I believe I need the rear wire connectors, 7 pin, bracket and possibly a brown relay.

The part you are needing for your 2006 Nissan Pathfinder is the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 7-Way Trailer Connector # 118266. This will connect to your towing package and will allow you to connect a trailer that uses 7 connection points. The relay harness may or may not already be installed on your vehicle since you have an existing 4-pin harness, but the # 118266 kit comes with everything you need to have a functioning 7-way connector, including the brown relay that you mentioned.

We offer the No-Drill Mount Bracket # C57202 which you will want to use with the Mounting Bracket for 7-Way # 18138. After you get your wiring installed with both mounting brackets you are good to go!

Something else I also recommend is some dielectric grease for electrical connectors # 11755 to help keep your harness connections from becoming corroded over time.
