For your replacement amber lens, we will have to go off of your style of light, color, and measurements. There are many lights that meet the standards you listed, but the measurement will help us with the replacement lens or replacement light you need. I've added a link to our page to assist you with finding the proper fit amber light/lens.

We have various shapes and styles. You may be interested in Rectrangular LED lights, like the Rectangular LED Trailer Clearance and Side Marker Light with Reflex Reflector- Amber - White Base, # MCL32AB. We also have round lights, like the Sealed, 2" Round Trailer Clearance and Side Marker Light, Flush Mount - Amber, # MC53AB, which is an incadescent bulb. We have recessed and pedestal mount as well as surface mount options. We also have flange mounted options like this Sealed, 6-1/2" Oval LED Trailer Turn Signal and Parking Light, Flange Mount, 10 Super Diode, # STL78AB.

The SAE and DOT info on the lens only tells us they are built based on the standards developed by the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) and that the Department Of Transportation (DOT) approves them. I've attached and article to help.
