Question:
where do they take the measurements at to get the 11 5/8inch retracted height? Im sure this is the lift I want for our Genie lift but that measurement is confusing me. Thanks

The retracted height of 11-5/8 inches that the Bulldog trailer jack # BD150415 has is the distance from the bottom of the inner leg to the center of the mounting bracket.
