Distance Between Lippert Pull Out Steps LC432687

Question:
I own a 2014 Cruiser Aire 32foot travel trailer bumper pull. My wife had polio and I need a shallow rise. The current steps measure 9 1/2inch from top of lower step to top of upper step. Do your steps here actually offer a 7inch rise?

The Lippert Pull Out Steps part # LC432687 have a distance of 7 inches from the top of one step to the top of the step below it.
