Question:

can you make a trailer hitch for my 1979 Plymouth volare? all I will be towing is my sea-doo.

We don't have a custom fit trailer hitch receiver for your 1979 Plymouth Volare. We are a retailer and not a hitch manufacturer, so we don't make the hitches we sell. I'd suggest you consider having a local fabrication shop help you fabricate an option utilizing something like the Ultra-Fab 2" Trailer Hitch Receiver for 5th Wheel Trailer Frames, # UF35-946403. There will need to be special fabrication to fit your vehicle, but this hitch will get you started. You will also need a ball mount and I suggest getting an adjustable mount like the Curt Channel Adjustable Ball Mount, # C45900. This will give you the height adjustment you need to tow your sea-doo level and will give you two hitch ball options.

To wire your vehicle to tow, I recommend the Curt Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector - 60" Wire Lead, # C58044. This will give you the wire and connectors you will need to splice into your vehicle wiring. I've attached a video as well as an article that near the bottom explains how to wire your car to pull a trailer.
