How Much Travel Distance Is Recommended for Fender Clearance with Timbren Axle-less Suspension?

Im building a tiny house that will be 12ft wide x 24ft long. Im thinking of building a extra wide trailer for when I need to move it. Could I possibly use three of these timbres axles rated at 7k? How far above frame rails do I need to to leave for the fenders for suspension travel?

You can absolutely use Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System on a custom trailer application, however the instructions state that the axle-less systems are not recommended for triple applications. With whatever system you end up using, you will want to leave a minimum of 4-7/8 inches of clearance above the tires for the suspension travel.
If you end up using these axles, I recommend the Trailer Hub/Drum Assembly - 5,200-lb to 7,000-lb E-Z Lube Axles - 12" - 8 on 6-1/2 - Galvanized, # 8-219-50UC3-EZ. You will want to make sure you grease the bearings which is very simple with the E-Z Lube Axles using # L30132-07 and # L54FR. You will also want Electric Trailer Brake Assembly - Self-Adjusting - 12" - Right Hand - 5,200 lbs to 7,000 lbs, # AKEBRK-7R-SA for the right side axles of the trailer and Electric Trailer Brake Assembly - Self-Adjusting - 12" - Left Hand - 5,200 lbs to 7,000 lbs, # AKEBRK-7L-SA for the left side axles of the trailer.
For the tires and wheels, I recommend the Contender ST235/80R16 Radial Trailer Tire w/ 16" Silver Mod Wheel - 8 on 6-1/2 - LR E, # TA86VR. This is a very strong wheel and tire to match the bolt pattern of the hubs needed for this assembly.
