Can Mounting Brackets of Multi-Fit Hitch 13703 Be Installed in Reverse on I-Beam Frame

Question:

I have a 2016 flagstaff classic super lite with the I beam. Is this frame strong enough to support the tounge weight? There is a water holding tank on the inside of the frame.. just by me looking at the end mounts on the 13703, my intake is that the end mounts would need to be reversed.s o they would sit on the bottom of the outside I beam. Please advise. Before I have to buy another vehicle to pull by golf cart.. I did find d out that you can pull a trailer behind a 5th wheel in SC. I also have a CDL license with doubles and triples endorsedment.

I spoke with my contact at Curt about hitch # 13703 and he said that you can install the side brackets on the outside of an I-beam frame by turning them around. I have included a link to the installation instructions for you to view. The hitch can be bolted or welded on. If you choose to weld it on the welding should be done by a qualified professional.
