Question:

I have a Lance Truck Camper, but no truck at the moment. Will the following products work with any rental 1 ton pickup truck: Brophy Clamp on Tie Downs - Bed Mount- Code: HSAB, and Brophy Basic Turnbuckles Code: TDHP? I did not want to spend $300+ on Fastguns for Bed-Mounted if I purchase a Frame-Mounted system in the future and these expensive turnbuckles are no longer usable. I only need this Bed-Mounted system for 6 months or so.

The Brophy Clamp on Tie Downs - Bed Mount # HSAB that you referenced are very universal and would be a great option for using with a rental truck as you can easily remove them when not in use and potentially use them on future trucks as well. With the Brophy tie downs they state that the tie downs will fit and work well as long as the camper is the correct size for the truck bed.

The hardware kit part # TDHP is also the correct product to use to attach the tie-down brackets to the camper.
