Question:
Hi Does 2010 toyota highlander spare tire is the regular tire size or smaller?

Expert Reply:
The Toyota Highlanders that we have had here for hitch installation, including several model years from 2009 on up, have all had full-size spare tires mounted underneath the rear of the vehicle but it is possible for the vehicle to have a small spare, or donut. The easiest way to find out is to look under the vehicle.
Some of our hitches will fit just fine with the full-size spare but others such as # 75586 will only allow the donut spare to be re-installed after the hitch is mounted.
