I have the BandW hideaway gooseneck and Companion 5th Wheel from my 2008 F350. Can the Companion 5th Wheel adapt to my 2015 F350 with factory installed gooseneck. Thank you

If your 2015 Ford F-350 has the whole Ford factory prep package, with the pucks to install a 5th wheel hitch, you will be able to adapt your Companion hitch for use in your new truck.
In order to adapt your B&W Companion Gooseneck-to-5th-Wheel Trailer Hitch, you will need to swap out the base of the hitch. Rather than the base that is designed to slide into the Turnoverball gooseneck hole, you will want to use the Replacement Base for B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch for Ford Super Duty # BWRVB3300. This base will use your existing Companion hitch head and will install into the 5th wheel hitch pucks of the Ford prep package.
If your F-350 only has a gooseneck hitch installed and does not have the pucks for a 5th wheel hitch, the Companion hitch cannot be adapted to be used in a Ford factory gooseneck.
