I have a solution for you, but unfortunately, The Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver, # 75685, you asked about is not a fit for your vehicle. That hitch is a fit for only 2010-2016 Lexus GX 460 models.
For your 2007 Lexus GX 470, I would recommend the Draw-Tite Class III Max Frame Round Tube Receiver Hitch, # 75155. This trailer hitch is a custom fit, designed specifically for your vehicle and actually exceeds the weight ratings on the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch # 75685 you asked about. I've attached an installation video, so you can see the application on your vehicle. If you plan on towing you should check your owner's manual for vehicle specific information.
If you will be towing, you will also need a ball mount/draw bar, a hitch ball, and a lighting kit (if you don't have the factory tow package on your vehicle). I'd recommend the etrailer.com Ball Mount Kit for 2" Hitches, # 989900. This kit includes two different ball mounts with different rise or drop to accommodate your needs as well as two different size hitch balls. It is everything you need to tow multiple trailers, even if they are different heights. I have attached our ball mount help article that explains how to choose the best ball mount for your application.
You may also consider the Hopkins Multi-Tow 7-Way Blade and 4-Way Flat Trailer connector with Mounting Bracket, # HM43374, for your wiring needs.
