Fit great, seems heavy duty.
I purchased my first hitch receiver for my wife’s 2016 Lexus GX460 and was very pleased.
When I installed it on that one I remember that I had to lower the spare tire to be able to line up the bolt pattern to install it. That vehicle was flooded by Hurricane Harvey so I removed it for my next vehicle. Our second GX came with a factory installed tow package so I saved it.
My son purchased a 2019 Lexus GX and I installed it on his vehicle. On his vehicle I had to use a Dremel tool to cut out a small section about 1/2 “ high X 8” wide on the bottom of the plastic piece above the hitch area to make it fit.
On my new 2021 GX I did not need to do anything extra to put it on. The bolt pattern lined up correctly and it was on in 5 minutes.
I’m not sure if Lexus made the modifications or you guys, but either way I am extremely satisfied with your product and recommend your company to everyone.

It has worked out very well. One item I was not aware of when I gave my review was that the receiver pin holes on my hitch did not match up correctly for the larger pin hole on the receiver. My hitch would bottom out when I ed it before it lined up correctly. I had to pull it out an inch or so and use the smaller diameter hole and a smaller pin. Other than that, still extremely satisfied with the quality and price. Also, is there a way to make this box larger. I can only see one sentence at a time and not my whole paragraph on my Ipad. It may be my settings, but if yours, maybe you guys can fix that. Thanks,

Sticks out too far and doesn't look good, and is an unnecessary chin eater. Attempted to return, but stuck with it because I installed two bolts and uninstalled. Will be my last order from etrailer. Should have bought a flush one on [online] for a third of the price in the first place.
Well looks solid ,very easy to install 10 minuets top, not so expensive compare to the oem is 340 + tax at Lexus of Watertown in Massachusetts .the communication with this company is number 1 in my book ,the shipping half of the time that was squelched to arrive took two days after I placed my order ,thank you good service is always appreciated!

Product quality is high and fit my vehicle (2021 Lexus GX 460) perfectly. Just as an FYI, without any spacers the hitch receiver will touch the towing area fascia slightly and will likely eventually rub away at the paint. I chose to remove the small fascia piece as that is how the factory tow packages are installed.
Product was easy to fit onto the Lexus GX460. Came with the necessary bolts and necessary individual spacers to move the hitch lower and not interfere with the lower lip of the bumper. Hitch is heavy gauge steel. Spacers are designed to be compressed and hold tension to prevent the bolts from loosening. Instructions could be improved to illustrate proper orientation of the spacer to the hitch for proper orientation.
This hitch attached directly to my 2012 GX with the provided bolts. The extended tongue is viewable in the back up camera to provide an easy line up with whatever I'm hitching to the vehicle.
Fit our Lexus GX-460 without any modification. We have used it for a hitch cargo basket for the last year. Not issues.
Product worked fine but I had to remove center bumper insert to install the receiver. Just a matter of popping eight plastic rivets. My car did not have the tow package. YouTube video showed the tow package insert. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars

So far so good. Havent towed anything real heavy yet but liked how easy it was to install. Seems very sturdy.
