I need the pin center to center in both directions. I have bed rails in the truck I bought but dont know what manufacturer.

Expert Reply:
I was able to go out to the warehouse and measure the center to center mounting posts for you on the # DM5988. I found that the center to center on the pin on the connecting same side of the bracket is 13-1/2 inches. The distance from the c2c of the opposite side bracket is 29-3/4 inches. I have included a diagram for you to better see. The # DM5988 will only fit the UMS series under bed rails.
If you instead have a set of industry standard above the bed fifth wheel rails you will want the Demco Gooseneck Plate # DM5996. I have included the dimensions of a set of industry standard rails for you to compare to the ones installed on your 2000 Ford Super Duty as well.
