Replacement Inner Tube For Gooseneck Trailer Coupler That Doesnt Use Through Pin

Question:
We recently got a new truck, its an F750 and our trailer doesnt sit level. Weve lowered the gooseneck as far as we can. I see a few Bulldog products you have that would allow me to replace the interior pipe on the hitch to give me the additional 4 inches I need. All of these products have an additional weight bearing pin which I dont have a hole for, ours just has the two bolts that pinch the pipe tight. Is the weight bearing pin necessary?

You will be able to use a inner tube like the Convert-A-Ball Multi-Cushioned Gooseneck Trailer Coupler # CG that also does not have the holes for the pin. This particular tube has the cushioned coupler to help reduce road shock from the trailer into your F-750.
