Your pilot diameter would be 3.12 inches based on your 3-1/8 inch diameter. The cap part # 319EZ that you referenced is for pilot diameters of 3.19 inches so it would be your best option.
You might try measuring your pilot diameter with a digital caliper like part # PTW80157 to verify it's exact size.
