Thank you for your purchase of the Optronics 3-Function Streamline LED Trailer Light # STL79RB and I am sorry the wiring instructions were omitted from the package.
This light uses a 3-wire hookup. The white wire is the ground which attaches to the trailer frame. The red wire carries the stop/turn light signals and the black wire carries the tail/running light signal.
