Question:
Hello, I just purchased a hitch lock from you guys and now I would like to add a lighting kit to my bike rack. Im looking at item# 98174LED. Do you know if this can be connected to a Range Rover Evoque 2015? I also read some of the reviews/comments and some complained about the wiring being a little on the short side. Is this easily fixed by buying a longer one from anywhere? Thank you!

In order to connect the LED Light Kit # 98174LED to your 2015 Land Rover Evoque you will need a trailer wiring harness with a 4-Way flat trailer connector, such as the ZCI Circuit Protected Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Way Flat Trailer Connector and Installation Kit # 119250KIT. This wiring harness will install on your Evoque without requiring you to cut or splice into the factory wiring on your vehicle. The harness has zero-contact interface sensors that read the signals of the factory wiring to activate the lights on your bike rack. I've attached a video of this harness for you.
The light kit's y-harness has an overall length of 88 inches. If additional length is needed, a 4-Way to 4-Way single-function adapter can be used. For an additional 12 inches, the # 9653P harness is a great option. If you need to add even more length, the # 18044 harness offers an additional 48 inches.
