Question:

Fitment for 2005 chevy cutaway with Stahl service body. I was curious on fitment? I have exactly 9inch from top of frame to the bottom of bumper. From the end of frame to clear bumper its less than 8

I do have a possible solution for you but Curt trailer hitch # C15320 will not work on your 2005 Chevy Express with the Stahl body because it is only a couple of inches from where it mounts to the bottom of the frame to the cross tube and hitch receiver.

Since your van body is not stock you will need to use a weld-on truck hitch. I recommend # 15902 because it has a maximum 10-7/8 inch drop but you could line it up to be just under the bumper. Since it is a weld-on hitch you might be able to position it so that the receiver is not recessed too far under the vehicle. Welding should be performed by a professional welder.
