Curt T-Connector 4-Pole Vehicle Wiring Harness # C56224 is a confirmed fit for your 2015 Volvo S60. I verified with Curt that this 4-pole kit works on all versions of the 2014, 2015 and 2016 model year S60.
Installation of this harness is mostly a plug-in process at the car's taillight assemblies, but for connecting the one wire you will actually have to run and splice into the vehicle the linked article will give you guidance. This is the 12V power wire for the harness that delivers the actual current to operate the trailer lights.
