WILL A TRAX 3500 ELECTRIC WINCH FIT THIS BRACKET

I am not familiar with the Trax Electric Winches so I am not sure what their mounting plates look like. However, the Dutton-Lainson winch mounting plate # DL24059 has the top 2 holes spaced 2-1/2" apart. Then the third hole in the middle is down 3" from the center line between the top two holes.
If your Trax 3500 Electric Winch plate has the same dimentions, this mounting plate will fit your winch. I attached a diagram outlining the dimensions for your convenience.
