I am interested in a bike rack for my 2010 ford Fusion and roughly what it might cost to get installed. For 2 bikes and one you can mount or take off.

It sounds like you are interested in a hitch mounted bike rack. I recommend the Kuat Beta Folding 2 Bike Rack # B202-114. This bike rack can be easily installed or uninstalled from your hitch and the rack can tilt away from the vehicle when the bikes are not mounted for easy access to the back hatch. This bike rack also only weights 12 lbs. which is convenient when moving the bike rack around. The Kuat Beta can hold two bikes at 40 lbs. each.
Bike racks can be easily installed or uninstalled at home, it only takes a minute or so to slide the bike rack into a hitch and to secure it with the provided pin and clip. To uninstall the rack, simply undo the pin and clip, pull of the bike rack, and fold down to store away.
If you do not have a hitch installed on your 2010 Ford Fusion, I recommend the Draw-Tite Class I Hitch # 24865. I recommend this hitch as it bolts onto your vehicle, no welding or drilling required and you will not have to use safety straps when carrying non trailer loads (bike racks/ cargo carriers) like you would have to with the Curt hitch offered for your vehicle. Most local auto shops will install a trailer hitch for a nominal fee, however I recommend getting a few quotes from different shops from around your area as trailer hitch installation fees vary.
This hitch has a GTW capacity of 2,000 lbs. and TW capacity of 200 lbs. and because it is a class one hitch, you are only able to carry two bikes at a time due to the leverage capability of a class I hitch.
If you plan on carrying any women's children's or alternative framed bikes without the top horizontal cross tube, you may want to consider a bike adapter bar similar to # 64005 to make loading bikes easier.
I attached a demonstration video of the bike adapter bar you may want to check out and a review video of the Kuat Beta Bike Rack on a Ford Fusion you may find helpful. I also attached an installation video of the Draw-Tite Hitch on a 2010 Ford Fusion along with a help article on how to clean the weld nuts you will use for installation.
