Question:
I have a 1969 Kit Companion travel trailer with Hayes 10inch electric brakes. It seems parts, especially the magnets, are impossible to find, so Im looking at replacing the whole assemblies with Dexter self adjusting Trailer Brakes like 23-468. When I looked at the Dexter website, their literature indicated this model may not fit axles from before 2009. Can you tell me what the potential fitting problem may be or what changed? Thank you!
