I have horizontal etrack on my trailers wall. I need something to put my spare tire on. What would be the part # that I need? Thank you very much!

The E Track Spare Tire Carrier part # RA-16HST that you referenced would be what you need. It will attach to horizontal E-track like what you have. I attached a picture of it being used in horizontal E-track on a trailer wall like yours.
