What size tool is needed to replace this part?

I don't have an exact size, but you will use an Allen wrench to install the part # 8890281. The size is a common medium size that if you have a set you will have the correct one.
Since Allen wrenches aren't commonly sold individually a specific size wouldn't be much help anyway.
